Thank You!

I started to write on a different subject. But as my hands hit the keys, I heard a voice in my head say: “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you…that will be enough.”

Clearly, Meister Eckhart was sending me a message (and maybe you too) which I imagined went like this: “Toss the original topic. Focus on giving thanks. Stop looking at what you lack (as I sometimes do). Instead, appreciate the abundance you have….and those who’ve made it possible”

So today, in the spirit of Thanksgiving and a 13th century mystic, I’m taking this opportunity to say Thank You…

to all of you who are reading this blog, even if it’s the only time you ever do, I truly appreciate you reading it today.

to everyone who’s ever written to tell me how my work has impacted your life, you have no idea how your words have impacted mine.  In fact, your notes and emails are hanging on my office walls.

to anyone who’s bought my books and perhaps passed one onto a friend, this means more to me than you can ever know.

to those of you who’ve joined The Wealth Connection or signed up for coaching, I’m endlessly grateful you trusted me to guide you while teaching me to be a better guide.

to my amazing team—Lynda Jo, Carney & Ben—for taking care of all the details I abhor and for supporting me in such a deeply loving way. I really would be lost without each of you.

to my ex who gambled away my inheritance and my father who wouldn’t lend me money, you taught me that, indeed, the obstacle is the path, leading me straight to my life’s purpose.

to my wonderful financial team, because even if the market is a bit rocky, my portfolio is dramatically higher than 20+ years ago when I first found you.

to my kids, grandkids and stepson who are traveling on the busiest days of the year to spend Thanksgiving with us. Truly, my cup runneth over.

to my beloved husband, Lee, who rarely lets a day pass without expressing his love, appreciation and support for me. I feel exactly the same about you.

Once again, from the bottom of my heart…THANK YOU ALL!

I’d love to know who’d you like to thank this holiday season. Leave me a comment below.

    Dearest Barbara,

I am grateful to God and ACIM for bringing me back Home. I have a big list of people and things that I’m grateful for, but these days when I close my eye to meditate, I see you and I immediately feel an expansive energy of love and gratitude all across my field of awareness and consciousness for you! You, my beloved Barbara, helped guide me Home.

Words don’t do justice to how grateful I am for you 🙏✨

    Much love,

    Shorouk

Shorouk, thank you for your heartfelt praise. I am humbled and grateful knowing I could be helpful to you. But honestly, I’m blown away by the changes I’ve witnessed in you. You are one strong, determined woman. I love knowing you xoxo

    Hi Barbara,
Thank you for all you do for so many people in this world. Thank you for sharing your own life experiences to help especially women. Thank you for being a beam of light and hope and helping us find our path. I still remember when I first emailed you expecting a team member to reply. And it was you on the phone, a world renowned author (“Sacred Success is still my favorite book!”)
I nearly fell over when you spoke on phone and I worked with you for some time to help my journey and find my true path in life.
Barbara, I will be back on Wealth Connection and hope you might have a 3 day retreat or some training as I still need your guidance.
Here is something I wrote last week about my favorite holiday!
    Happy Thanksgiving!
    Best,
    Kim Clark

Awwww Kim, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your kind words. I would LOVE to have you back in TWC. You are such a spark of light and a really beautiful soul. I’m going to give a retreat next year and I would be so honored and thrilled to see you again. Much love

Grateful for the peace of mind I’ve developed over the last three years. I’m not as cute as I was 20 years ago, but I wouldn’t trade it for the wisdom I have now! I only have myself to thank for staying committed to doing the inner work for over 18 years.

Also grateful for these powerful messages about wealth and self value I receive every week. They keep me in check. I completely understand why people avoid wealth building. There are still times my lizard brain is tempted to blow everything I earn and I still freeze before I transfer funds over to invest. It doesn’t feel very romantic, spiritual, emotional, creative, or joyful; however it is! It protects the life I want to live and what I value.

Finally, I’m grateful that I always seem to magically find just enough money to do everything I want to do, to be the free spirit that I am and the lover of culture(s).

Thank you so much, Lisa, for your beautiful comments. I am so impressed with your commitment to grow, learn, take risks, mange your money and manifest what you need to be a free spirit! It’s beautiful! Big hugs
